"The conservatory I inherited on moving was an Aurora so when it started to leak I asked them to come and reroof it. It was the best idea and I am thrilled with the results. Paul and the guys worked under atrocious conditions as it started to rain the moment they removed the first pane of glass and there were six! Not daunted they soldiered on and finished the replacements by the end of the day, however they and the conservatory were soaking. By the end of the week all was finished and my new roof looked and does look amazing, gone are the old blinds and opening windows all now is bright and light and the roof is self cleaning. All mess was cleared up and removed and you would never have know that anything as messy as the beginning of the week had occurred, brilliant. Five star and very well deserved, thank you. Jill"

"Our holiday lodge decking was dismantled and replaced by Lee and Micklethwai in Dec/Jan. The Project Manager was Paul . He did an excellant job, along with the 2 joiners, Richard and Matthew. All were polite, friendly and approachable. They were happy to answer any questions we had, and listened to our views. Our initial contact with the company was with Andrew (Design Engineer) who gave informal comments regarding our situation when we first approached the company for advice. He was obliging and helpful. We would recommend this company who acted very professionally throughout."

"Aurora built our new oak framed orangery. Andrew the designer was fantastic, especially tolerant when we kept changing the designs. The team turned up on time and were efficient, tidy and friendly. Despite a leak in the roof they worked tirelessly to sort it out and kept in contact until it was sorted. The structure looks modern and has clearly been built to high specifications. My only criticism would be the extremely keen secretary who sent out the final bill 3 times before the build had been finished. (This is a minor point and the company were apologetic when this was pointed out). Can't recommend more highly."

Great service from initial discussions on options, detailed proposals right through to the complete build - very high quality throughout, and has completely transformed the back of our house inside & out. Was especially good to deal with a small local firm looking after the whole thing end-to-end - very friendly team (and tolerant of our spaniel!), did the job done on time with no fuss, gaps or suprises.
